Welcome to Blue Star’s fully integrated operation in Pahang, Malaysia, where every step of production is managed in-house—from sustainably harvested forests to finished products.

Set on 60 acres near the Central Malaysian town of Karak, our facility includes:

• A sawmill for primary processing

• 14 Dry kilns for expert lumber drying

• A moulding factory for precision finishing, anchored by 6 Weinig moulders

Our whole operation is powered by an on-site co-generation power plant, using wood byproducts to produce energy—minimizing waste and reducing cost.
